Spectra Group has developed a number of specialty adhesives. Most adhesives manufactured are unique optimized specialty use products. Among the products developed by Spectra Group there are one-part light curable (UV/Vis)adhesives for various plastic substrates and a series of structural two-part epoxy-amine adhesives for metals and alloys.
Spectra Group offers:

Adhesives for Plastics
UV Curable Adhesive for Polycarbonate and Acrylic: Spectratite 3175
Spectratite 3175 is a clear general use acrylic UV curable adhesive designed for rapid cure in tacking, bonding, encapsulating, coating, and sealing applications for plastics.

- Significant depth of cure (if needed)
UV Curable Adhesive for Polypropylene-to-Polypropylene Bonding: SA111
SA111 is a clear UV curable cationic adhesive designed for rapid online bonding and eventual structural adhesion of treated polypropylene.

- Fast initial online bonding when exposed to UVA-UVB light sources
- Customizable viscosity for online coating (adhesive series)
- 100% solids, no VOC
- Room temperature cure, no post-cure necessary
- Good bond clarity
- Tack-free superior destructive bonding. Substrate will deform upon separation of the laminate
- No embrittlement or color change with time
UV Curable Adhesive for Polypropylene-to-Paper Bonding: SA112
SA112 is a clear UV curable cationic adhesive designed for rapid online bonding and eventual structural adhesion of treated polypropylene to paper.

Visible light curable epoxy-based Adhesives for Glass and Plastic: AL21
Adhesives for Metals (aluminum, aircraft substrates)
2-Part Epoxy-Amine Paste Adhesive (Shim) for Aluminum: Spectratite 121, 183, 121-LV
Spectratite 121, 183, 121-LV are two component fast curing epoxy-amine curable paste adhesives with excellent microcrack resistance under thermal cycling, high compressive strength, and superb solvent resistance.

- Room temperature cure possibility (accelerated cure at elevated temperature)
2-Part Epoxy-Amine Adhesive (Primer) for Aluminum: Spectratite 211
Spectratite 211 is a two component fast curing toughened epoxy-amine curable paste adhesive with proven service and wedge crack resistance at 120ºF and high humidity conditions.

- Fast curing structural primer for aluminum
- High lap shear strength at room and elevated temperatures
- Excellent solvent resistance
- Room temperature cure possibility (accelerated cure at elevated temperature)
